Brenda the Newbie Crocheter’s Bio
“Hello everyone! I am Brenda the Newbie Crocheter! I was taught to crochet at the age of 10 by my grandmother. I did it for a bit especially when she visited but not regularly. I re-connected with the craft about 12 years ago and have not put down a hook ever since. I love color and try to work items that I can use or gift. In order words, I like to work with purpose. I started my channel during the pandemic in Sept. 2020 as a way to keep busy and keep my mind off the negativity happening around us. Crochet has given me the opportunity to be part of a worldwide fiber arts community and in some small way leave my imprint in the process.”
