Crocheting this ruffle top was so much fun. It’s always fun to me when I crochet a project with a lot of shells and lacy stitching. I used a variation of the pineapple stitch that creates this really fun and flirty texture. I included sizes small through 3x but you can vary the sizes just by measuring around your shoulders and making your foundation chain to that measurement using a multiple of 8 chains.

Here’s what it looks like after you complete crocheting one complete round of pineapples. From here the pattern repeats except you switch with shell column gets the pineapple. You can make this top as long as you like by adding a more rounds of complete pineapples.

I stopped after completing two rounds of pineapples and then I added a simple border at the bottom and 4 straps at the top, These straps are versatile and you can get creative and tie the straps many ways.
