This skirt was so much fun to crochet and teach (and wear). I made sure that each and every curve on my body was hugged! This can be accomplished using gauge to make sure each area has the perfect amount of stiches to fit the body.

Gauge is just using a bit of math to estimate how many crochet stitches or rows are needed to produce a desired length and height of your project using a certain size hook.

This crochet pencil skirt was made with ribbing & double crochet. The construction is fairly simple once you have your gauge.
